خلاطات مزودة بعمودين أفقيين للتخليط المستمر نوع

ثلاثة خلاطات مزودة بعمودين أفقيين (القادوس) مع مرحلة تخفيض، تعمل بمحرك كهربائي بقوة 15 كيلو وات لكلا الخلاطتين الثانية والثالثة، 20 كيلو واط للخلاط الأول. يحتوي الخلاط الأول على بوابة تعمل بالهواء المضغوط للتصريف يتم التحكم بها من خلال لوحة التحكم بينما يحتوي كل من الخلاطين الآخرين على بوابة مفتوحة للتفريغ المستمر.
المخفض هو لضمان سرعة الدوران الدقيقة لكل خلاط، بالنسبة للخلاطة الأولى فإن السرعة تكون 42 لفة في الدقيقة لضمان تجانس الآبار للحمأة، أما بالنسبة للخلاطين الثاني والثالث هي 60 و 72 لفة في الدقيقة حتى يتم الخلط بصورة جيدة وأيضاً التفريغ النهائي للحمأة.
يمكن للمصنع أن يعمل بخلاطين بمفردهما، حيث يمكننا استخدام الخلاطات الثلاثة اعتماداً على حالة الحمأة (قطع الحفر التربة الملوثة) حتى يتم معالجتها.
ملاحظة: جميع المحركات مغطاة جيداً للأمان والسلامة.

محطة خلط لمعالجة التربة الملوثة والنفايات الصلبة، تحتوي على ثلاثة خلاطات تشتمل على أجهزة لإضافة جرعات المساحق، واحد للماء، واحد للسيليكات أو غيره من السوائل الكيميائية الكاشفة× خلاط مستمر بقوة 200 mdc بالإضافة للتحكم الآلي عبر لوحة التحكم.
مقاييس التصميم
تم تصميم المحطة للعمل وفقاً للشروط التالية:
درجة الحرارة المحطة من 10 درجات مئوية إلى 60 درجة مئوية، والرطوبة إلى حدود 60% والارتفاع يصل إلى حدود 1000 متر من مستوى سطح البحر، قوة التزويد بالطاقة الكهربائية 400 فولت 50 هرتز + 5%.
أجهزة استقبال التربة أو النفايات والتزويد بالجرعات
سعة الخلاط الأول هي 6 متر مكعب مثبتة على المستوى العلوي، صريف مثبت على أعلى الخلاط الأول، قسم فتحات مصمم لإزالة كل ما هو غير مرغوب فيه.
